President and Chief Executive Officer
Eric Bloom Founder and President of Westview Productions lives in Colorado with his wife and two kids. He is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, where he earned a bachelor of fine arts degree in Theatrical Production and Design. After school Eric worked in the corporate production industry traveling the country working live events. Wanting to settle down he moved to Colorado and became the production manager of Theatrix Sound Stage working to double their business in his time there. Seeing a need for professional services in the local Denver marketplace Eric started Westview Productions in 2004. Over the years he has enjoyed expanding the company’s abilities by adding growing the team with several talented and driven individuals. Eric is looking forward to the exciting years to come both as a Husband, Father and business owner.
Vice President; Operations
Lea Steele joined Westview Productions in 2007. Prior to joining Westview Productions, Lea worked in various management, consulting and technology positions is sectors including insurance, design and web development. As a member of Westview Productions team, Lea has helped build the controls division from the beginning with a primary focus on Architectural Lighting Controls, Integration and Effects. Lea's controls and integration experience includes primary technician position on the Ralph Carr Justice Center, NREL RSF, CSU Engines Lab, Metro State Student Success Building, Sierra Nevada Brewing Company and many other projects with extensive daylight harvesting and automation controls. As primary architectural effects programmer, works include Sports Authority Field at Mile High, eBay in Lehi, Utah, CoStar in Washington, D.C., PNC in Washington, D.C., and New York Historical Society in New York, NY. Lea has built custom integration systems using various technologies and custom-programmed solutions. Lea has a degree in Environmental Sciences from Clemson University and also holds a minor in Computer Science.
Vice President; Sales and Marketing
Tyler Wise recently served as National Sales Manager for Group One Limited’s Lighting Division, managing the elektraLite brand globally and, more recently, the DTS Lighting brand throughout North America. Prior to that, Wise worked at Production Resource Group (PRG) and was responsible for business development within the four principle divisions of the company. His multidiscipline role involved global project development including new construction, renovation, production development, and special events. Most applications of his work were for conference centers, theatres, opera houses, amphitheatres, stadiums, and large-scale commercial and industrial spaces. With an extensive Production Management background, more recently he has served as Production Manager for several off-Broadway productions, winning two Lucille Lortel Awards and one OBIE.
With a degree in Arts Management and Lighting Design from the University of Northern Colorado, Tyler Wise is a member of the ESTA Behind-the-Scenes Foundation committee and is an active member in the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) Theatre, Television, and Film Lighting Committee. Significant project experience includes the New York Times Building, Carnegie Hall Renovation, the World of Coca-Cola, EPA Headquarters, New York Yankees Stadium, the Ellie Caulkins Opera House, The Kennedy Center, Nature Research Center, Juilliard’s Alice TulleyHall, and several landmark theme park and cruise line projects with The Walt Disney Company.
